1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Information provided during registration or profile updates must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
- No account may be created for or transferred to a minor.
- Identity impersonation, forged documents, or fake media are prohibited.
2. Permitted use of the platform
The website provides publication and discovery tools for lawful adult companionship-related visibility. It is not a party to private interactions between users.
Users are solely responsible for their offers, communications, and real-world conduct.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and with full consent of all involved adults.
- Respect public-order, public-decency, and criminal-law restrictions applicable to your location.
3. Prohibited offers, conduct, and content
You may not use the platform to advertise, arrange, or facilitate unlawful services, including prostitution-related solicitation where prohibited by law.
You may not post or request services involving coercion, trafficking, slavery-like practices, physical violence, or any sexual activity involving minors.
- No trafficking, pimping, procuring, or exploitation in any form.
- No content involving minors, age ambiguity, or forged age declarations.
- No threats, extortion, blackmail, or publication of private data without consent.
- No discriminatory hate speech or unlawful harassment.
4. Publication rules and moderation
All listings, media, and profile details are subject to moderation before or after publication.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account or listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
- Immediate takedown can occur without prior notice for high-risk or illegal content.
- Serious violations may be reported to competent authorities when legally required.
5. Safety, consent, and location data
The service requires GPS consent to operate core discovery features, including location-based visibility and browsing.
Displayed positions may be offset for privacy and safety, and should not be treated as exact personal addresses.
- Never share your exact residence details publicly unless you fully understand the risks.
- Use in-app reporting features to flag dangerous or suspicious behavior.
6. Payments, taxes, and independent obligations
Any payment transactions conducted outside dedicated platform billing flows remain the sole responsibility of the involved users.
Each user is independently responsible for tax, licensing, and regulatory obligations applicable to their activity.
- The platform does not guarantee payment collection for off-platform arrangements.
- Chargebacks or payment fraud may lead to suspension and legal follow-up.
7. Intellectual property and media rights
You must own or have all necessary rights and consent before uploading any photo, video, text, or brand asset.
By publishing content, you grant the platform a limited, revocable license to host, format, and display that content for service operation.
- No unauthorized reuse of third-party photos or copyrighted material.
- No publication of another person's image without their lawful consent.
8. Liability limitations
The platform is provided as available and as is, without guarantee that listings are complete, lawful, accurate, or uninterrupted at all times.
We are not liable for user misconduct, offline incidents, or third-party losses resulting from private arrangements between users.
- Users remain fully responsible for due diligence before any meeting or transaction.
- Where mandatory law applies, liability limitations are interpreted to the maximum extent permitted.
9. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these terms, platform rules, and moderation standards when legal, security, or operational changes require it.
Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms effective on the published update date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
- We may preserve required records for legal, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply under user-location law.
Any dispute not resolved amicably may be submitted to competent courts in Cameroon, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
